It is with great sadness that I write to confirm the cancelling of Novembers Cabaret Nouveau show and all future Cabaret Nouveau Shows due to a constant low level in audience numbers.

 

Cabaret Nouveau was set up to give performers the tools they need to get their acts onto the scene through CV workshops, Video, Photos and feedback. The cost of this was hoped to be offset by ticket sales. Although I would love to give these services for free, the truth is there are others who rely on being paid and I can no longer afford to pay for this out of my own pocket.

 

I will ask previous Judges (or suitable alternatives) to vote on winners for Best New Act and Best Newcomer from videos as there will be no Finale show.

 

I will be carrying on with the Cabaret Nouveau mentoring Services

CV Workshop -£10 (Online. In person +reasonable expenses)

CV Mentoring (workshop and proof reading/ designing until satisfied) -£30 (Online. In person +reasonable expenses) 

Video Feedback -£10 (feedback on performance online.Will not be as detailed due to constraints of video)

1-2-1 feedback with venue hire -£30 an hour

1-2-1 feedback without venue hire -£20 an hour (+expenses)

Photography shoot - Ask for quote

Video shoot - Ask for quote

Parties/Workshops - Ask for quote
